International Shipping & Returns

We ship internationally from Germany at affordable rates. Our checkout currently offers shipping to a selected list of countries — mainly within Europe, as well as Canada and Australia. Every order includes a tracking number, so you can follow your parcel on its way. Because international return shipping can be costly, returns and exchanges are organised and paid for by the customer — except in the rare case of faulty or damaged items, where we of course take care of it.

If your country is not available at checkout, feel free to contact us before ordering. In many cases, we can arrange shipping individually.

Shipping & delivery times

We ship worldwide from Germany with a flat international shipping rate of €8.90 per order. Delivery times vary by destination and local carriers. Every order includes tracking, so you can follow your parcel from dispatch to delivery.

Flat-rate international shipping We charge a fixed international shipping fee of €8.90 per order, regardless of destination, order value or weight. This helps keep international shipping simple and transparent.

  • EU: approx. 4–10 business days
  • UK / Switzerland / Norway: approx. 6–14 business days
  • Canada: approx. 8–18 business days
  • Rest of world: approx. 10–25 business days

These are typical ranges, not guarantees. Customs processing, holidays and local delivery networks can affect timing.

Tracking included You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please note: for some international services, tracking may take a short time to update after dispatch.

Returns & exchanges (international)

To keep worldwide shipping affordable, we currently do not offer free international returns. If you decide to return an item, you can arrange the return shipment with a local carrier of your choice. Once the item arrives back with us, we refund the purchase price.

No prepaid return labels For international orders, we’re unable to provide return labels. Please use your local postal service or courier and choose a tracked service where possible.
Exchanges We do not process direct exchanges for international orders. If you need a different size or item, please return the original purchase and place a new order.
Refunds After we receive and check your return, we refund the purchase price using the original payment method. Return shipping costs are not reimbursed.

Faulty or damaged items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will of course make it right. In these cases, we cover all return-related costs and work with you on the fastest, easiest solution.

What to do first Please contact us before sending anything back. A short message and one or two photos are usually enough for us to help quickly.
We cover the costs If the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we reimburse return shipping costs or provide the best possible return solution for your country.
Fast and fair Depending on the situation, we offer a replacement, a refund, or another fair solution — always with the goal of resolving things quickly and calmly for your family.

Please keep the packaging until the issue is resolved, as it can help with shipping documentation in rare cases.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship internationally from Germany to many countries worldwide. Please note that we currently do not ship to the USA, as delivery via our carrier is not available. Available shipping options are shown at checkout once you enter your address.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Every order includes tracking. You’ll receive your tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Who pays for return shipping?

For international orders, return shipping and exchange shipping are arranged and paid for by the customer. If an item is faulty or damaged, we of course cover all costs.

Can I exchange an item?

We don’t offer direct exchanges for international orders. Please return the item and place a new order for the correct size or product.

Will I have to pay customs or import fees?

Depending on your country, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These fees are set by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
